Meet Dr. Franslee Thomany
Founder & President
Dr. Franslee Thomany is the Founder and President of Fostering Thoroughness, LLC. His own academic journey has profoundly shaped the values and vision that guide the organization. After he graduated from college with a 3.89 GPA, he was offered full tuition to attend graduate school at both the University of Georgia and Syracuse University. He chose Syracuse, where he earned his master’s degree, and later completed his doctorate at Howard University—both entirely tuition-free.
Before founding Fostering Thoroughness, LLC, Dr. Thomany taught at Syracuse University and Howard University over a span of seven years. His teaching experience also spans K–12 classrooms and adult education programs.
Through Fostering Thoroughness, LLC, he helps students successfully navigate K–12 and higher education systems and attend top colleges and graduate programs—tuition free.
He is deeply committed to empowering learners by enhancing their academic readiness and equipping them with the skills essential for both academic achievement and long-term professional success.
